Here we go guys! Here is a little look at some sessions I did this week. Still needs way more work but you can get an idea of what it is so I thought it would be good to show some work in progress too. Also, yesterday I had some of the best sushi ever at KIYOKAWA in Beverly Hills.. Man the food tasted amazing! The presentation was perfect! Everything was on point. It may open your appetite a little though haha...

Today my boy Drew was at the studio. Drew wanted a Buddhist half sleeve to pay respect to his religion. I had already done a Buddha piece on the outside of his arm so today's mission was to work on the inside. We were actually going to do a Lotus flower with a Buddha palm, but then my bro LT shot the idea of doing a portrait of the Dalai Lama. Drew loved the idea and we went with that instead. I was really excited to do it because I have always been interested in the spiritual icons of Buddhism. Here is the result of the session we did today...

My long time and very humble client Brett was in the house today. We finished a Moses piece we started a little while ago. Man! Brett has tough skin to work on but he sits like a champ, never moves and always keep his body relaxed and in the right position. I might do a couple minor touch ups on it as we add more to his leg sleeve.

Today we are gonna check out some of Os Gemeos' s work. The two twins are from Sao Paulo Brazil where they started graffiti in 1987. You can see the brazilian style through their art and each of their pieces is so unique you instantly know that they are the ones that did it. From Tags to character paintings and representation of social injustice, the Os Gemeos became the main influence in the local brazilian scene. Enjoy...

Pete Bysh flew in all the way from London to get his very first tattoo. We went at it until 3 in the morning to finish the tattoo before he flew back across the pond. This past week was very draining at the studio.. in a good way of course. A lot of people are coming from all around the globe to get work done. I really appreciate it and try my best to make sure they go back home happy. Also shout out to my brother LT for staying up with us, those long nights and keeping me laced up on them coffees haha!

Yesterday Chris came all the way from New York to come get what he called his first "real tattoo". He wanted to starts his collection with a Saint Michael on his right forearm. It was a very productive first session and Chris sat like a champ through the 10 hours of work. Sergio got some good footage too so be on the look out for new videos in the near future. Thank you Chris for coming by! We will see you soon to add some more to your sleeve.

The brother Leonardo was at the studio today to get a very special piece. Leonardo has been into graffiti since he was a teenager and wanted a piece that represents Los Angeles, that's why he picked one of the sickest graffiti portraits from EL MAC. It was an honor to tattoo this EL MAC design and I hope I did him justice. Make sure to go on http://elmac.net to check out some more amazing work from EL MAC.

It's Sunday so I'm going to go ahead and share what inspired me this week. I have been very busy at the studio so I haven't had a chance to skate. I found the time to check out some footage and I came across a boy called Rene Serrano! This kid is full of talent. He has such a cool, smooth style which makes every thing he does, look effortless. Not to mention, he is only ten years old!! Have a look for yourself.

The homie Future was at the studio last night to get tattood. He wanted a baby angel with some powder shaded stars so thats what he got. Future is a really cool and mellow guy.. we had some good conversation and the night passed by quick. We still have some more work to do to finish it, but here is a sneak peak. Future is releasing some sick hits, so stay locked on to his music as well as the progress on his tattoo collection.

Yesterday the crew and I took a little a break from the studio to go check out some Art toys. We headed to Melrose and stumbled upon a cool store called 'TAG'. It was so inspiring to see so many great creative ideas in the form of art toys. I also met a gentleman, Connell Little, who told me lots about different upcoming art shows, background information on the artists showcased in the store and even how to create my own prototypes.
When we left Tag, we were craving some good old soul food, and since Roscoes was in the area, LT shot the idea to stop by there. GOD DAMN! I ate so much that I couldn't move… Good times with the fam. Check it out…
